Ella Glasscock is a Los Angeles–based director creating cinematic, character-driven comedy in short-form narrative formats.

After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin’s Radio-Television-Film program, she began her career at Comedy Central before moving into writing and directing her own original projects.

She frequently collaborates with emerging comedians  and brings out grounded performances that explore the absurdity of modern relationships, work culture, and identity, with a distinctly Gen-Z perspective.

She is currently developing a feature film alongside a new genre-bending short-form narrative series that combines R-rated humor with cinematic storytelling.
